Air Transat and ALPA, the union representing its flight crewmembers (pilots and flight engineers) have reached a tentative agreement-in-principle for a new collective agreement.
The tentative agreement in principle was reached following a productive conciliation process that lasted a few weeks and will be submitted shortly to the union members.Both parties are satisfied with the agreement, as it meets its objectives of improving working conditions while maintaining the Company's ability to face the highly competitive conditions of the charter industry.
