Transat Holidays rounds out its 2010-2011 offer with the introduction of two new brochures, Cruises 2010-2012 and Florida 2010-2011. These publications join the Sun brochure launched in May to complete the tour operator’s product offerings.
The Transat Holidays Cruises 2010-2012 brochure features a vast selection of cruises from the world’s renowned cruise lines, Azamara Club Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Costa Cruises, Louis Cruises, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean International, Star Clippers and Uniworld River Cruises. These cruise lines offer itineraries in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the Baltic Sea and much more. River cruises add yet more variety to the program, navigating Europe’s most beautiful rivers.
Transat Holidays offers flight protection on its cruise packages*. If a flight delay results in a vacationer missing his cruise departure, Transat Holidays will reserve a seat on the next available flight so the client can meet his cruise ship. Likewise when returning home, if a ship delay causes a client to miss his return flight, Transat Holidays will rebook that client on the next available flight home. Also, Transat Holidays will apply the Best Price Guarantee offered by the cruise line provided the cruise line’s conditions are met. * Certain restrictions apply.
“This exclusive double protection plan allows travellers to plan their cruise worry-free. At Transat Holidays, we make every effort to create great vacations. We’re very careful about the products we select, and this protection plan is right in line with our service promise,” asserts Denis Codère, Vice President, Commercialization and Development, Europe, also responsible for the commercialization of the cruise program.
Clients can save $200 per couple off their roundtrip Air Transat flights to Europe when booked in conjunction with a cruise with departure between April 1 and October 31, 2011. This offer is valid for new individual reservations made from August 15, 2010 to April 30, 2011. Certain restrictions apply.
The Florida 2010-2011 brochure presents a wide range of packages and vacation options in Orlando, Saint Petersburg, Daytona, Cocoa Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood Beach, Miami and Key Largo.
Transat Holidays continues to offer a vast range of hotels and Disney attractions, in packages or individually. A variety of accommodation options, from budget to luxury, are offered in over ten hotels that are sure to please.
In Orlando, the new theme park The Wizarding World of Harry Potter debuted at Universal Studios. Transat Holidays offers three hotels on the Universal Studios site – the Hard Rock Hotel, the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and the Loews Royal Pacific Resort.
“Transat Holidays’ Florida program is very popular with Canadians. We are pleased to introduce an even more complete offer this year. It’s worth mentioning that, this season, we’ve scheduled daily direct flights to Fort Lauderdale and five weekly flights to Orlando from Toronto. From Halifax, we’ve opened a weekly flight to Fort Lauderdale, two weekly flights to Orlando as well as one weekly flight to St. Peterburg. Florida will be more accessible than ever,” says Nancy Jackson, Commerical Director for Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
Year-round, Transat Holidays provides its customers across Canada with a full range of holiday products. It offers sun vacations, with a choice of more than 140 hotels, mainly in the Caribbean, Mexico and Florida, along with an impressive array of flights, packages and tours to some 30 European destinations. Transat Holidays also offers more than 100 cruises all around the world.
