Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) is pleased to announce the launch of an enhanced marketing solution for travel agencies focused on customer retention and acquisition.
This new proposal aims at offering existing and potential franchise partners operating under the TravelPlus brand further added-value services and benefits to meet their marketing needs as well as their customers’ needs. These new advantages consist of a travel retail solution showcasing an agent-friendly Web presence and community-based local marketing, with an emphasis on e-marketing and direct marketing campaigns.
“We regularly take the pulse of our members and observe the market in order to provide, where appropriate, improvements to services or tools available to help our members distinguish themselves from the competition,” insists Yves Lalumière, President of TDC. “Based on all these elements, we feel that this new offer really complements the TravelPlus value proposition and serves to enhance the entire TDC network.”
TravelPlus is a well-known, established Canadian travel brand. The TDC network includes TravelPlus agencies located from Ontario to British Columbia. TravelPlus is the turnkey option of the current TDC platforms, which also include two other options: a fully branded and supported marketing solution through Marlin Travel or, under the Lite network, an affiliation with TDC while still maintaining the brand identity the travel agencies have established for their own business.
