Transat A.T. Inc., one of the largest integrated tourism companies in the world and Canada’s holiday travel leader will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders and will release its first quarter 2012 (ended January 31) results on March 15. Media are invited to attend the Meeting. A media briefing chaired by Jean-Marc Eustache, Chairman and President and Chief Executive Officer, will immediately follow the Meeting. Journalists who can't attend the media briefing can participate in a conference call to be held the same day.
