Eight new dishes in seasonal flavours will be served starting December 1st
MONTREAL, Sept. 26, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Air Transat is proud to announce the new menu carefully crafted by celebrated Quebec chef Daniel Vézina. The chef's flight of fancy includes six new exclusive dishes and introduces two breakfast choices. These meals, which can be pre-ordered today, will be served to all Club Class passengers and will be available in Economy Class starting December 1st.

The Chef's Menu by Daniel Vézina offers two vegetarian options and is served complimentary to all Club Class passengers. In Economy Class, meals and their accompaniments are available for $15 for breakfast and $25 for dinner.

* Each meal will be served with a cheese plate, dessert and a glass of wine.

About Chef Daniel Vézina
Chef Daniel Vézina has been at the heart of the Quebec culinary scene for more than 35 years. He's co-owner of the Laurie Raphaël restaurants in Quebec City (1991) and Montreal (2007), and last May opened a health-food counter called La Serre. Considered one of the pioneers of cooking without wasting food, he has published six cookbooks, the last of which won a Gold Award at the Taste Canada Awards for most unique subject. Daniel Vézina has received many distinctions and awards throughout his career. He was named Chef of the Year in 2006 at the ITHQ gala, was inducted into the International Order of Disciples of Auguste Escoffier in Paris in 2012, and received the Renaud Cyr award by the Mérite national de la restauration et de l'alimentation.
