Five good reasons to choose an all-inclusive package for your summer vacation with Transat

MONTREAL, May 22, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - Transat knows how important holidays are. So here are five good reasons to opt for an all-inclusive package in Mexico or the Caribbean. Always a good idea, whether you're travelling solo or as a couple, family or group.

Reason No. 1: You have nothing to organize; it's all done for you
Just choose a destination or resort and your vacation is all planned out. And when you choose a hotel that's a member of one of Transat's four collections—Luxury, Distinction, Family or Solo—you enjoy benefits exclusive to Transat, such as private transfers between airport and hotel, free Wi-Fi, a kids club with extended hours and no singles supplement. Not to mention that a growing number of resorts offered by Transat provide the services of a personal concierge, who even takes care of reserving your ultimate romantic dinner or your dream massage. Now that's organization!

Reason No. 2: Everything's paid for in advance; so no surprises
No surprises here, since everything is included in the price of your trip: transportation, accommodations, meals, activities, beverages, alcohol, and so on. And, since everything's already settled when you book, there are no last-minute changes to worry about, such as currency fluctuation for example. It's something to think about.

Reason No. 3: Sun and heat, no matter where you're going
With 14 all-inclusive destinations available in the summer months, including Cuba, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and Mexico, sun and heat lovers won't be disappointed. Who hasn't seen their precious few days of annual vacation take an unexpected turn when a cold spell or heavy rains hit? In the heat of the tropics, this isn't a concern. And, with more flights to its most popular destinations, the sun is even easier to get to. Departing from Montreal, Transat offers more flights to Cuba, a total of four weekly flights to Cayo Santa Maria and Varadero respectively, as well as two weekly flights to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Leaving from Toronto, additional flights have been added to Cuba, Cayo Coco (three flights a week total) and Holguin (two flights a week total), the Dominican Republic (six flights a week total to Punta Cana) and Florida (two flights a week total to Fort Lauderdale). These high flight frequencies allow for atypical stays of five days, 10 days or, why not?, 14 days.

Reason No. 4: No meals to prepare, no cleaning up to do (needless to say!)
For many people, parents in particular, the prospect of having no meals to prepare, no groceries to do and no bathroom counter to clean is in itself the key element of a real vacation. And, since almost all Sun-destination resorts offer this, all you have to do is choose what you would most like to fill your days with: lazing on the beach with a book, playing golf from morning to night, scuba diving, laying by the pool, mojito in hand? It's up to you to choose your true dolce vita.

Reason No. 5: Not convinced yet?
Visit the Experience Transat blog. With over 1,100 articles already and an average of 15 new texts published each month by travel specialists from all walks of life, you'll find the advice and inspiration you need to get you in the mood for the South. As a bonus, you'll find recommendations by Transat employees; for example, Hayla, a flight director shares her travel tips for exploring Tulum, the Riviera Maya's prettiest bohemian village. Public Affairs Coordinator Christopher describes his stroll through the Dominican Republic's Puerto Plata region, while Public Relations Advisor Caroline offers her take on Punta Cana with the family.
