Montreal, December 3, 2018 – Many British expats living in Canada are suffering from some degree of homesickness. What’s the cure? That what Air Transat, named the 2018 World's Best Leisure Airline, set out to learn through the varied (and colourful) methods of a specialized researcher.
The sessions were filmed as the researcher asked a group of volunteer British expats what they missed most about the United Kingdom. She also used a series of tests on their homeland in order to trigger an emotional response and, ultimately, find the best cure for homesickness.
“This video combines a number of signature elements of the Air Transat brand, including our mission to brighten the everyday with the joy of vacations,” explains Geneviève LeBrun, Vice-President of Marketing at Transat. “Creating a video with British expats was an ideal way to promote our daily flights between Toronto and London,” she concludes.
Watch this video and follow the volunteers as they complete the various tests put to them by the researcher.
