Montreal, June 13, 2018 – Air Transat is delighted with the recognition it received at the Flèches d’or gala of the AMR (Association du marketing relationnel), where it won best customer experience in the tourism, leisure and entertainment category.
“Air Transat is extremely proud of this award. We have invested a great deal in recent years to offer our customers the most pleasant and inspiring online shopping experience possible,” explained Annick Guérard, Chief Operating Officer at Transat. “Best of all, we owe this award to the consumers themselves, who selected Air Transat from a list of major players in the tourism industry.” The company was nominated after market research firm CROP, in association with the AMR, polled 2,000 Quebec residents, who said they had enjoyed their shopping experience on Air Transat’s website.
For more than 30 years, the annual Flèches d’or gala has rewarded companies for outstanding achievement in relational marketing.
