“When planning a vacation, we often go over every little detail, deciding where we want to go and what we want to eat,” says Jean-François Lemay, President-General Manager of Air Transat. “Air Transat now encourages its passengers to plan their culinary experience 10,000 feet in the air by pre-ordering their meals from the Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina,” he adds.
“Being attuned to culinary trends and consumer preferences has guided me for nearly 30 years, both in my restaurants and in my creations for the Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina,” explains Daniel Vézina. “I approach every season with the enthusiasm that any new dish we introduce might become a classic people will one day love to rediscover.”
The Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina is offered for free to all Club Class passengers. In Economy Class, the meals and their accompaniments are available for $25 for lunch/dinner and $15 for breakfast.
*Each meal is served with a cheese plate, dessert and glass of wine.
