Montreal, December 19, 2016 – Air Transat is proud to have inaugurated its first direct flight between Toronto and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on Sunday, December 18. This new service will be offered every Sunday until April 30, 2017, on board a Boeing 737-800.
A unique colonial city in the Caribbean, Santo Domingo is a new gateway to the Dominican Republic, offering travellers access to the capital city’s superb beaches, located only a few kilometres by road from the downtown core, and the country’s rich history.
Air Transat’s flight program for the winter of 2016-2017 offers travellers 35 sun destinations, including five in the Dominican Republic:
